技术销售 Technical Sales

Job Summary:

The SIS Technical Sales has a two tier role; 1. Direct sales support for their domain, and 2. Involved in the push marketing process and SIS segment support for their domain.

The hold the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth for SIS across their assigned domain of expertise. He/she will share client and GeoMarket requirements with the relevant sales managers and input into the R&D process. He/she will be comfortable at a client user level as well as executive level.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

•Directly responsible for leading domain specific product or solution sales/opportunities.

•Responsible for assisting in all domain product or solutions sales/opportunities within the assigned a specific geography or named account.

•Responsible for winning the technical and value case for their specific domain products and solutions which may include providing demonstrations, evaluations and/or presentations.

•Coordinates product and solution sales opportunities with Account managers / sales managers and area level sales team.

•Supports the Account Managers in Maintaining a documented business systems

•Maintains contacts and CVR (visit reports) in CRM for assigned domain.

•Assists in proposal preparation for all quotes, tenders preparation and is responsible for the technical documentation and solution proposed within the quote or tender.

•Monitors competition, market share and pricing within their Domain or geography.

•Works closely with HQ team and other Technical sales staff where applicable, to develop differentiating, innovative packaging and bundling for their clients.

•Respond to in-coming requests in proactive, professional and timely manner

•Report to sales manager on weekly basis of sales activities involved

•Frequent business travel

•Professional appearance and behavior at any situations

Previous experience and competencies:

•Working knowledge of E & P Company Business and Technical practices.

•Good domain knowledge plus supporting domains

•Knowledge of SIS software products and services, and compared to competition for domains.

•Understanding of Exploration & Production workflows and techniques using SLB technology.

•IM and PTCI approaches and enablers

•Good presentation, communication and organizational soft skills

•Good initiative and proactive attitude

•Be able to work under pressure

•Good communication skills, able to build lasting and professional customer relationships

•Good writing and spoken in English

•Eager to learn and fast learner

•Experience in oilfield companies is plus

•Bachelor or above degree
